Qualifications

  • - 3-5 years of professional experience - Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R - Foundational exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure), ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and Git - Experience with structured healthcare or pharma data preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics or other related discipline Skills: - Understanding of relational data models and data transformation concepts - Ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources - Familiarity with pharma sources (IQVIA Plantrak, Symphony Health PayerSource, MMIT, Clarivate, affiliations data, amongst others) and compliance requirements - Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to explain data limitations - Detail oriented, organized, eager to contribute to a growing organization

Responsibilities

  • - Support the design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes - Assist in ingesting and integrating claims, coverage, SP/HUB, contracting, and other third-party data sets - Implement and follow data quality controls, governance, and security protocols - Contribute to documentation of data schemas, transformations, and workflows - Partner with Data Analysts and Strategists to understand data requirements and deliver access to curated datasets - Troubleshoot data issues, escalate risks, and collaborate to solve problems
