Position Summary
Support customers, clients, and end users with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to digital offerings and IoT devices.
Work as part of Buckman's Digital Innovations Hub and contribute to digital innovation projects.
Location and Work Details
- The position is based in Chennai, India.

Support Responsibilities
- Provide support through email and Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate unresolved cases.
- Manage support tickets and maintain support records.

- Support new digital offering solutions and projects in the pipeline.
- Provide technical guidance to customers using IoT devices.
