Responsibilities

Collaborate with the global DevOps team to maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Learn and implement automation scripts (Python/Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
Support CI/CD pipeline tasks, gaining hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Monitor application and server health, learning to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
Explore the integration of AI tools and concepts into our DevOps workflows.
Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (0-1 years of experience)
Foundational knowledge of Linux, Networking, scripting and OS concepts
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/AZURE)
Understanding of Python
Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, Docker/containers, Kubernetes) through internships or projects
Exposure to AI concepts/tools
Mindset:
Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and domains
Receptive to feedback and coaching, with a growth-oriented attitude
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and dependable
This role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires to work from the Austin office three days a week.
This role supports a FedRAMP environment and requires that work be performed within the United States by individuals authorized to work in the U.S. and who are U.S. citizens.
