Role Overview
Fictiv is seeking an Associate Customer Program Manager to support US-based customers and manufacturing orders across global fulfillment regions.
The role combines customer advocacy, case management, project oversight, cross-functional coordination, and operational improvement.
Work Hours
- Work hours are 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, aligned with US Pacific business hours.
Workplace
- The role follows a hybrid schedule with three nights in the office and two nights remote.
What You Will Do
- Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and support a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
- Manage multiple manufacturing orders with customers and internal operations teams.
- Prioritize customer requests and address product development, timing, and quality needs.
- Communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements for on-time, complete delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery exceptions.
- Oversee projects against scope, budget, timeline, and delivery standards.
