Role Overview
RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Associate to provide administrative support to a successful Advisory Team in Coquitlam.
The role provides client service and supports relationship development through efficient ongoing assistance to clients and Advisors.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution.
- Liaise with departments to support execution when necessary.
- Respond to inquiries about account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting.
- Assist with client onboarding.
- Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and partners.
- Maintain client accounts and manage timelines and key dates.
- Update documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.
- Maintain complete and current client files in appropriate systems.
- Update websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters.
- Follow up on client trades for settlement and delivery.
- Support the Wealth Management process and audit activities and priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) is required.
