About the Job
The Associate Consultant independently supports complex consulting engagements involving routine and semi-routine technical issues.
The role develops advanced technical and consulting skills while contributing to project success and collaborating with team members.
Role Context
- This is a client-facing role based in Mumbai and involves working at customer locations.
- The role requires shift work and support for day-to-day customer operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer the customer's OpenShift environment, including masters, worker nodes, applications, resources, access, backups, and health checks.
- Monitor OpenShift health and metrics, analyze performance issues, and provide technical solutions.
- Provide L2 support, root cause analysis, workarounds, and resolutions for priority and production-critical incidents.
- Coordinate updates and upgrades, validate changes in non-production environments, and create rollout procedures.
- Create SOPs, reports, knowledge-base content, and operational documentation for support and operations teams.
- Collaborate with customer and Red Hat stakeholders on capacity, operations, support, consulting, and delivery activities.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing and improving the OpenShift environment, processes, and tools.
