About the Role

- Manage day to day delivery of client engagements, programs, and accounts
- Onboard and orient clients, explaining benefits and requirements
- Follow up on execution of required activities and track deadlines
- Promote Setup.sa’s services among clients to achieve sales
- Manage client relationships by maintaining continuous communication
- Analyze and interpret data, develop quantitative and qualitative analysis reports
- Build presentations and arrange client meetings
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Fair knowledge of Project Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Fully engaged, dynamic, highly organized, self starter, and adaptable
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
