Job Summary

Associates provide research, analysis, deliverable development, project coordination, and quality assurance support to consulting teams. While this role is primarily delivery-focused, associates will gain exposure to executive-level business challenges, consulting methodologies, and leading practices across public sector, healthcare, energy, higher education, and commercial industries.
Research & Analysis
Conduct industry, market, competitor, and benchmarking research.
Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise insights.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support consulting engagements.
Analyze organizational, financial, operational, and performance data.
Support business case development and return-on-investment analyses.
Identify leading practices and comparable examples from relevant industries.
Deliverable Development
Develop PowerPoint presentations, reports, briefing materials, and executive summaries.
Produce charts, graphics, process maps, and data visualizations.
Transform consultant notes and raw findings into client-ready materials.
Support proposal development, pursuit efforts, and sales collateral creation.
Format and quality-check client deliverables to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Project Execution Support
Maintain project documentation, workplans, action item trackers, and status reports.
Capture meeting notes and summary highlights.
Track deliverable deadlines and coordinate with engagement team members.
Support data collection and information requests from clients and stakeholders.
Assist with workshop preparation and meeting logistics.
Data & Technology Support
Clean, organize, and analyze datasets using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Assist with survey analysis and stakeholder feedback synthesis.
Support development of dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports.
Utilize AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity and research quality.
Knowledge Management
Maintain consulting templates, tools, frameworks, and reusable intellectual property.
Organize engagement documentation and lessons learned.
Contribute to practice development initiatives and internal process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, public administration, management information systems, analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, research, project support, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work U.S.-aligned hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in consulting, professional services, research, or analytics.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Experience creating executive presentations and business documentation.
- Exposure to project management practices and methodologies.
