Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Conduct OFAC, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening and investigate false positives.
• Conduct customer due diligence, review customer risk rankings, and perform enhanced due diligence.
• Investigate AML alerts and support suspicious activity reporting when required by law.
• Assist with on-chain transaction monitoring and clear transaction monitoring alerts.
• Implement BSA/AML and OFAC procedures and recommend improvements.
• Assist with regulatory audits and requests.
• Support institutional clients and investors during onboarding and provide client-first guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience conducting end-to-end KYC onboarding reviews.
• Experience in blockchain investigations and AML alert clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• CAMS certification.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring requirements.
• Experience conducting and dispositioning transaction monitoring alerts and cases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and functions.
• Experience, knowledge, or interest in cryptocurrency.
