- Ensure CVR targets are met and profitability of the project is achieved
- Develop relationships with clients and consultants with future work in mind
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition
Requirements
- Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
- Deep construction management expertise
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders

Position Overview
- Position status: This opportunity is for a secured role that is due to commence in July subject to approval.
- Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project.
- This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
You’ll be responsible for
- Advises on appropriateness of various procurement routes.
- Advises on administrative procedures necessary for the project.
- Manages procurement process and reports on the outcome.
- Accountable for overseeing a commercial team.
- Responsible for cost and contract management in a timely manner.
