What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites and address technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
• Understand customer infrastructure and business needs, with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, and make suitable recommendations.
• Learn new technologies and apply them to customer needs.
• Support multiple projects across industries and project types while delivering quality results.
• Keep stakeholders updated on issues that may affect project or company performance.
• Manage problem identification, system architecture, software specification, design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
• Prepare written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams.
• Adapt to changing customer requirements.

What you will bring

• Experience in consulting or a related role and experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
• Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to stakeholders and diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
• RHCE certification or willingness to pursue certification within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Preferred skill

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI is considered a significant plus.

Work arrangement

• The role involves on-site delivery at customer locations in Saudi Arabia.
• The position requires willingness to travel up to 100%.
