Red Hat Consulting is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join its team in Saudi Arabia.
The role guides on-site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology.
The consultant focuses on customer experience while building technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites for technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
- Understand customer infrastructure with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift and other Red Hat cloud technologies.
- Make recommendations appropriate to customer environments and business needs.
- Learn new technologies and apply them to customer requirements.
- Support multiple projects across industries and project types while delivering quality results.
- Keep stakeholders updated on issues that may affect project or company performance.
- Manage problem identification, architecture definition, software specification, design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Provide written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in consulting or a related role and experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
