Red Hat Consulting is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join its Saudi Arabia team.
The role guides on-site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology and builds technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies.
The position focuses on customer infrastructure, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, other Red Hat cloud technologies, and business needs.
Location and Travel
- The candidate must be located in Saudi Arabia.
- The role involves on-site customer delivery and willingness to travel up to 100%.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert at the customer site for technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
- Learn new technologies and apply them to customer needs.
- Deliver quality results and support more than one project across multiple industries and project types.
- Keep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues affecting project or company performance.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification, design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Produce written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams.
