About the Role
Zoho Corporation is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to elicit and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, and support solution design. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of BA experience, knowledge of CRM/ERP/HRMS, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Waterfall frameworks.

- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non functional requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
- Analyse current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design and implementation
- Support system testing, UAT, and validation activities
- Maintain end to end requirement traceability and project documentation
- Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and delivery tracking
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non functional requirements using industry standard techniques.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyse current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain end to end requirement traceability and ensure accurate, up to date project documentation.
- Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS will be required.
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
