Opportunity
RBC Dominion Securities’ Burlington branch is seeking an Associate to join an advisory team.
The role supports business growth through client service and administrative support for client accounts.
What you will do
- Service incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and internal and external partners.
- Support Investment Advisors with client account administration.
- Prepare client reviews and presentations.
- Request client information and documentation for account opening and file maintenance.
- Follow up on trades to ensure settlement and delivery.
- Monitor pending transfers through completion.
Must-have qualifications
- Postsecondary education from a college or university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
- Relevant financial services industry experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
