Role overview
Lead and develop WSP India's GCC Asset Management capability.
Provide line management, technical oversight, and project delivery support across asset management professionals.
Support services across thermal generation, transmission and distribution, hydro, wind, and solar sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, develop, and manage Asset Management personnel.
- Plan and allocate resources for global project demands.
- Oversee technical quality and consistency of GCC deliverables.
- Support or lead reliability studies, integrity assessments, asset health reviews, technical due diligence, and asset strategy development.
- Drive capability building, continuous improvement, standardisation, and reusable tools.
- Support proposals, work-winning, utilisation monitoring, and business growth.
- Promote collaboration across asset management and energy-related teams.
- Support digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled asset management solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, reliability, integrity management, maintenance optimisation, or asset advisory.
