We're looking for an Associate Architect to join our growing National Architecture team in our brand-new central Bristol office. You'll be a collaborative and commercially minded Architect who enjoys working across disciplines and building lasting client relationships. You're passionate about great design, motivated by solving complex challenges and excited by the opportunity to influence projects from an early stage.
ARB registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
Experience operating at Associate level or as a Senior Architect ready to progress.
Strong experience delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use projects through all RIBA work stages.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
Experience managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
Proficiency in Revit, BIM and digital workflows.
A passion for sustainable design and delivering innovative architectural solutions.
The ability to mentor and develop others while fostering a collaborative team culture.
