Role Overview
The AI/ML Engineer will apply experimental methods, statistics, optimization, probability, and machine learning to build tools and perform statistical analysis.
The role develops software that deploys ML models and algorithms in production using large-scale computing frameworks and data analysis systems.
The position includes communicating complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and deploy them in production environments.
- Train and fine-tune classical machine learning, deep learning, and large language models across open-source and closed-source ecosystems.
- Design and optimize semantic and dense vector embeddings for document understanding, search, and retrieval.
- Develop semantic retrieval systems with document segmentation and indexing strategies.
- Architect and implement GraphRAG pipelines using knowledge graphs for contextual grounding.
- Work with research, engineering, and product teams to turn AI advances into production-ready capabilities.
- Embed fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout model development.
- Communicate complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders.
