Position overview
Generate profitable and sustainable sales growth across the designated Abu Dhabi territory.
The role focuses on waterproofing and construction chemicals.
The position involves customer acquisition, account development, technical solution selling, and sales performance management.
What you will do
- Identify and generate new business leads and engage directly with main contractors.
- Manage the sales cycle through successful deal closure.
- Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer service and business growth.
- Coordinate product and technical issue resolution with Technical Customer Service.
- Manage customer complaints and maintain expected customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline development, customer activity, and risks.
- Participate in sales and management meetings and provide market and customer updates.
