Job Description
The Associate supports advisors and clients at an RBC Dominion Securities wealth-management branch.
The role provides client service, account support, onboarding assistance, regulatory compliance, and trade-settlement follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Resolve private banking deals involving products and services for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate advisor meetings and provide proactive support to clients and the Advisor Team.
- Respond to account transaction, tax receipt, reporting, and other client inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding and manage incoming communications.
- Maintain client accounts, timelines, key dates, documentation, and complete client files.
- Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, internal controls, and industry requirements.
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required; CFA 1 is preferred as an alternative credential.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Professional client-service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
