About the Role

- Manage the end to end recruitment process across hotel departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Promote The Ned Doha's employer brand to attract top hospitality talent
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hotel open days
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or hotels
- Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Proactive, organised, and solutions focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
- A genuine passion for hospitality and finding great people

The Role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and people focused Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract, engage, and hire talented individuals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end to end recruitment process across hotel departments.
