Responsibilities
- Managing the end to end recruitment process across hotel departments
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events
- Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments throughout the hiring process
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Promoting The Ned Doha's employer brand to attract top hospitality talent
- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Monitoring recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports
- Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hotel open days
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or hotels
- Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- A proactive, organised, and solutions focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
- A genuine passion for hospitality and finding great people

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
