The Sawmill Assistant Supervisor is a management support role that is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for all Sawmill employees and productivity in these areas and leads the safety, quality, and production executing any company plan of action with the assistance of the Sawmill Supervisor. The Sawmill Assistant Supervisor leads employees in producing quality lumber products in a safe and efficient environment while maintaining productivity, minimizing operational costs, and helping develop a well-trained workforce.
