A passion for the "Soft Home" space: A genuine love for comfort, home styling, and product education, with the creative flair to help customers mix, match, and design their dream bed and bath setups.
Operational and data-driven acumen: Experience managing inventory, optimizing promotional execution, and utilizing digital clienteling platforms to achieve performance goals.
