Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of proactive sales experience within UAE
- Account management and business development experience
- Full UAE driving license
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with hotels or attractions
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Job Overview
- This proactive sales position is responsible for driving attraction ticket sales from hotels in the UAE.
- The role focuses on selling destination attractions to hotel guests through hotel desks and concierge desks.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end to end hotel sales channel for UAE hotels with key focus on Abu Dhabi hotel sales.
- Develop and implement the marketing collaterals strategy in hotels in UAE (Digital and Print).
- Develop initiatives along with Transportation Team to improve ridership in UAE.
- Develop and maintain market leading relationships with key personnel in the hotel sales distribution chain.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and ensure Miral Destinations assets are front and center.
- Monitor monthly sales from Concierge and Sales Team and keep management informed.
- Liaise with hotel Marketing teams and B2B Marketing Teams to ensure required marketing collateral.
- Coaching and conducting appraisals for direct reports.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners, industry organizations.
- Understand overall market competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Contribute to success of projects and overall sales strategy.
- Work closely with hotel commercial and marketing teams.
Job Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Full driving license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in proactive sales within UAE.
- Account management and business development experience.
- Great conversationalist with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience of managing sales contract agreements.
- Previous experience working with hotel / attractions.
- Strong communication skills (telephone sales, verbal, listening, writing, presentation platform).
- Strong multi tasking organizational skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
- Comfortable presenting.
