- Monitor daily pick up, demand trends, and market conditions
- Assist in forecasting, pricing, and inventory control
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to implement revenue strategies
- Ensure accurate rate loading in all distribution channels
- Prepare regular revenue reports and analyze performance against targets
- Recommend tactical actions to maximize RevPAR and contribution margins
- Help maintain compliance with revenue recognition and financial policies
- Support continuous improvement of revenue management processes and systems
Requirements
- Strong Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills, with experience in hotel or hospitality environments
- Solid Finance and Accounting skills, including understanding of budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reporting
- Robust Analytical Skills, with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Relevant experience with hotel revenue systems, PMS/CRS, and channel management tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages common in the region are an asset

Role Description
- The Assistant Revenue Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the optimization of room revenue and overall profitability for the property.
Responsibilities
