The Assistant Restaurant Manager will help lead the front-of-house team and deliver warm, confident hospitality.
The role supports the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations, people development and service standards.
The position is hands-on and requires visible leadership during service.
What You Will Do
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Lead shifts on the floor, set standards and create a positive atmosphere.
- Coach, support and develop the front-of-house team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback confidently.
- Work with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Support recruitment, training and team progression.
Who You Are
- Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality restaurant is required.
- Candidates should be confident, people-focused leaders who enjoy being on the floor.
- Candidates should be organised, calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, food, drink and great service.
- Candidates should be keen to grow within a values-led business.
