Role overview
Shawbrook is recruiting an Assistant Relationship Manager in Structured Real Estate in Manchester.
The role supports Senior Relationship Managers across customer onboarding, applications, pipeline management, enquiries, and loan completion.
The position supports structured lending transactions and the associated legal and documentary processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding, pipeline management, new enquiries, and loan execution from application through completion.
- Coordinate legal and documentary complexities and support solicitor liaison.
- Assist with diary planning and prepare Relationship Managers for client and broker meetings.
- Attend client meetings and deputize for Relationship Managers when required.
- Manage allocated clients directly.
- Package cases for due diligence, track conditions precedent, and resolve completion issues.
Working arrangement
- The role is primarily office based in Manchester.
- Occasional attendance at client meetings is required.
