Assisting property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.

Implementing and maintaining orderly financial management and lease administration procedures.

Liaising with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.

Updating tenancy schedules and ensuring any key action dates are captured.

Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.

Continuous following up on arrears.

Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is preferred, but not essential.

Exposure to financial management, budgeting, forecasting and variance commentary is highly regarded.

Willingness to work beyond core tasks as necessary to assist with any overflow from colleagues as appropriate.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highly team orientated environment.
