Support the day-to-day management of the portfolio, including tenant liaison, lease administration, property inspections and coordination of tenancy documentation
Assist with financial administration including monthly reporting, tenant recharges, rent reviews and supporting the management of tenant arrears
Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate tenant records, support audit processes and contribute to property budgets, valuations and reporting
Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to deliver programs and events across the assets
Work closely with the General Manager/Property Manager to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities
Complete regular inspections of assign assets

Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate property environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship building skills

An interest in building a long term career in commercial property

An understanding of property fundamentals
