Role Overview
AECOM is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports continuous integration initiatives and collaboration between development and operations teams.
The position maintains project timelines, documentation, and process efficiency in CI/CD and agile project management environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating CI/CD pipeline projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables with the project manager.
- Maintain requirements, status reports, meeting notes, schedules, and resource allocation records.
- Coordinate communication among development teams, operations, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor CI tool configurations, build processes, and deployment activities.
- Identify project bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, then assist with solutions.
- Support continuous integration best practices, team onboarding, troubleshooting, and project reporting.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or a related role.
