Assistant Project Manager - Civil - PEB Structures (Industrial)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

8-12 years of experience in the construction and delivery of Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Factory, or Infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in managing PEB structures, industrial buildings, warehouses, and large-scale civil construction works.

Strong knowledge of PEB design concepts, structural steel erection, industrial construction methodologies, and project execution processes.

Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, fabrication agencies, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Good understanding of project scheduling, construction sequencing, resource planning, and risk management.

Working knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and statutory construction requirements.

Exposure to contract administration, project budgeting, billing verification, and vendor management is preferred.

Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, construction methods, and technical documentation.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Experience in fast-track industrial project delivery environments is highly desirable.
