About the Role
- We are looking for a confident and commercially driven Assistant Procurement Manager who will lead procurement operations across the hotel.
Your Day to Day
- Oversee the full procurement and receiving function of the hotel.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance reviews.
- Drive cost control initiatives by monitoring purchasing trends, identifying savings opportunities, and supporting inventory optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, supplier documentation, and procurement records.
- Oversee the receiving operations, ensuring all deliveries are verified, documented, and aligned with purchase orders and quality standards.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to support cost transparency, financial reporting, and operational planning.
- Continuously review procurement processes, identify efficiency improvements, and support sustainability initiatives.
What We Need From You
- Strong procurement and purchasing experience, ideally within hospitality.
- Leadership capability, strong negotiation skills, and commercial awareness.
- Highly organized, detail focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of procurement systems, inventory management, and contract administration.
