Position Overview
Assistant Outlet Manager role supporting all-day dining operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.
The position focuses on team coordination, guest service, outlet standards, safety, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is located at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, Qatar.
- The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
- The role requires extended standing, walking, movement through service areas, and handling objects up to 50 pounds.
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure staff work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
- Inspect grooming, attire, storage areas, dining rooms, service standards, safety, and guest wellbeing.
- Complete opening and closing duties, inventories, supply requisitions, and maintenance work orders.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow safety and security policies, report incidents, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
