Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic, hands on ASSISTANT OPS MANAGER to help lead the operations and maintain exceptional standards of luxury and service of a premium Men Grooming Lounge in Doha.
- As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily lounge activities, optimize team performance, and ensure an unparalleled guest experience.
- This is a fast paced role requiring a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the local Qatari market.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Assist in managing day to day salon operations, ensuring the lounge meets impeccable standards of cleanliness, luxury, and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support a multicultural team of barbers, therapists, and front of house staff to achieve service excellence and sales targets.
- Guest Relations: Maintain the highest level of executive guest satisfaction, professionally handling VIP clients and resolving any operational issues swiftly.
- Inventory & Stock: Oversee stock control, inventory counts, and professional product ordering to ensure zero service downtime.
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor daily KPIs, optimize staff schedules, and implement strategies to drive retail and service revenue.
