Job Description
The Assistant Officer - Administration provides organizational, clerical, administrative, and coordination support.
The role supports the Facilities Management team in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote administrative and coordination support to Facilities Management.
- Maintain reports, trackers, records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with site teams, internal departments, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Facilities Management reports and presentations.
- Follow up on maintenance requests, work orders, inspections, approvals, and pending actions.
- Support document control, filing, invoice tracking, purchase requests, meetings, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Monitor trackers, close pending actions, and maintain communication with site and management teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of administrative or coordination experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
