Responsibilities
- Provide professional healthcare and comfort to newborn babies and children in their residence
- Assess children's health conditions and provide one on one baby care
- Administer medications, monitor and record vital signs, and ensure vaccinations are given on time
- Document medical findings, symptoms, and observations, and assist in pain management
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of infants at all times
- Support meal programs based on the baby's health and nutritional needs
- Assist babies with daily care, including hygiene and grooming
- Provide breastfeeding support and guidance on proper feeding positions and formula measurements
- Educate and guide parents, especially new mothers, on newborn care and best practices
Requirements
- Valid Assistant Nurse License (DHA or eligibility preferred)
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in maternity, NICU, pediatrics, or newborn care
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a homecare environment

Job Overview
