Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Support nurses in delivering patient care according to care plans
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Accompany patients to medical appointments when required
- Perform other nursing support duties as assigned

Job Summary
- We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to support our healthcare team in providing high quality patient care.
- The ideal candidate will assist registered nurses with daily patient care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure patients receive safe, professional, and compassionate care in a home healthcare environment.
