Assistant Manager - Testing and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Understand and maintain the current of EOL, FCT, and ICT.
• Write the test case for the FCT and EOL of the upcoming electronic products.
• Develop/work with external supplier for architecture of the test fixture.
• Analyze and design test systems as per system requirements and component specifications.
• Define and develop FCT and EOL testing protocol sequence and hardware connections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product improvements.
• Support resolving functional and production issues while driving cost
• You will be involved in all the different stages of testing - from the Design Verification Plan to End Of Line Testing at the Start of Productions
• You will be responsible for designing and developing automated test fixtures to be used for End-Of-Life testing
• Automate testing processes using languages such as Python, LabVIEW etc.
• Ensure timely commissioning of testing equipment and jigs
• Support the Production team with the technical support needed
• Develop and maintain CANView SW based on requirements from AE Team.
• Maintenance of Test masters - FCT, EOL
• Participated in part selection efforts for product components.
• Coach Junior team members on the FCT/EOL development and maintenance.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience of working with automotive electronics products is a bonus.
• Experience of using any Programming environments such as LabVIEW / Python is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand complex electronic circuit diagrams.
