Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage System Requirements (SOR/SRS), functional requirements, and system specifications.
- Create and maintain DFMEA, support risk analysis, and drive design improvements.
- Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and change management.
- Define system interfaces and support hardware, firmware, and software integration.
- Prepare system verification plans, execute validation activities, and support issue resolution.
- Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and compliance with quality processes.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in BMS, automotive, or embedded products.
- Experience in SOR/SRS creation, DFMEA, and requirements management.
- Knowledge of system integration, verification, and validation.
- Familiarity with CAN/CAN FD and product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
