- Manage full lifecycle of sustainability and green building consultancy projects
- Deliver LEED BD+C, O+M, ID+C, WELL, and Estidama certifications
- Oversee sustainability documentation, scorecards, assessments, audits, and technical submissions
- Conduct carbon accounting, energy performance reviews, IEQ assessments, and sustainability evaluations
- Serve as primary technical and operational liaison with clients
- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for sustainability services
- Supervise junior engineers, consultants, and outsourced specialists
- Develop project action plans, schedules, risk registers, and execution frameworks
- Ensure compliance with LEED, WELL, Estidama and international sustainability frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Sustainability/Environmental Engineering, or related field
- LEED AP (BD+C and/or O+M) certification
- WELL AP certification
- Carbon Auditing Professional (CAP) certification
- 5 7 years of experience in sustainability engineering or green building consultancy
- Experience delivering LEED, WELL, and other certification projects
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions
- Proven track record managing client relationships and multi disciplinary teams

Position Overview
- The Assistant Manager leads delivery of green building, sustainability, ESG, and digital certification projects.
- Oversees technical execution, client management, proposal development, and operational performance of the sustainability vertical.
- Ensures high quality service delivery, supports business growth, and strengthens company's position as a sustainability leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of sustainability and green building consultancy projects.
- Manage environmental data, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and ESG performance monitoring.
- Deliver LEED BD+C, O+M, ID+C, WELL, and Estidama certifications.
- Oversee sustainability documentation, scorecards, assessments, audits, and technical submissions.
- Conduct carbon accounting, energy performance reviews, IEQ assessments, and sustainability evaluations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet international compliance and quality standards.
- Serve as primary technical and operational liaison with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, FM teams, and authorities.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Provide proactive advisory, technical guidance, and strategic recommendations.
- Handle escalations, project updates, decision making support, and client satisfaction initiatives.
- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for sustainability and certification services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Sustainability/Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- LEED AP (BD+C and/or O+M) certification.
- WELL AP certification.
- Carbon Auditing Professional (CAP) certification.
- Estidama PQP (advantage).
- 5–7 years in sustainability engineering or green building consultancy.
- Demonstrated experience delivering LEED, WELL, and other certification projects.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
- Proven track record managing client relationships and multi disciplinary teams.
