• Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Assistant Manager - Strategy Oversight to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with our long-term vision.
• You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee strategic projects, evaluate performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background coupled with excellent project management skills, enabling effective oversight and execution of strategic plans that contribute to Qiddiya's growth and success as a leading entertainment destination.
• Key Responsibilities* Support the formulation and communication of Qiddiya's strategic plans and business objectives.
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to assess performance against strategic goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and opportunities related to strategic projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote strategic alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending adjustments to strategies based on performance data and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business development roles.
