Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in driving sales and managing a team within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficient in retail management software, point of sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage store operations efficiently.
