Job Purpose: The role is responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and maintaining mechanical systems and installations, ensuring compliance with standards and timely completion within budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining quality and safety, and managing documentation to support successful project delivery and ongoing maintenance.
Assist in preparing mechanical project BOQs, proposals, and budget estimates.
Support the creation of detailed mechanical drawings and specifications, including HVAC, piping, and equipment layouts.
Prepare tender documents specific to mechanical systems and components.
Document and manage changes to mechanical project scope and specifications.
