Role Overview
Lead Water Leak Detection System projects for data centre facilities from planning through final handover.
The role covers project execution, stakeholder coordination, compliance, quality assurance, budgeting and client requirements.
The projects operate in ELV, building automation, critical infrastructure and data centre environments.
Project Planning and Execution
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from project kickoff to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans and execution strategies.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, OEMs, contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor timelines and budgets, prepare status reports, conduct site inspections and lead progress review meetings.
Technical Management
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical submittals.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and integration of cable-based and spot-detector Water Leak Detection Systems.
- Oversee monitoring panels, BMS integration, DCIM integration and network monitoring interfaces.
