Operations and Service

• Assist with daily pool and beach bar operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all areas.
• Support promotions, events, and seasonal activities to enhance guest engagement.

Team and Guest Experience

• Supervise and motivate the team, conduct briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training while enforcing grooming, service, and brand standards.
• Build guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve feedback and complaints.
• Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere aligned with the brand image.

Financial and Compliance Duties

• Support revenue targets through upselling and promotions.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and stock levels and help control wastage and expenses.
• Assist with reports, forecasts, budgets, billing, and cash-handling procedures.
• Enforce health, safety, food hygiene, emergency, alcohol-service, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in luxury or upscale Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience in pool, beach, or resort environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium beverage trends, service rituals, and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
