Role Overview

The Partnerships Executive, Gift Cards, supports growth of the Gift Cards business across physical, digital, and partner channels.

The role focuses on expanding B2B sales while coordinating partnerships, program execution, revenue growth, and customer engagement.

Employment and Compensation

  • The position is full-time.
  • Salary is AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month, plus benefits and bonus.

Location

  • The role covers Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • The qualifications state that the candidate should be based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.

Sales and Growth

  • Support sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors to drive B2B growth.

Partnerships and Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, B2B clients, and corporate clients.
  • Work with Marketing to implement campaigns and initiatives that boost gift-card awareness and sales.

Program Operations

  • Support gift-card issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with product enhancements, launches, and integration with loyalty and payment systems.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor sales, redemptions, breakage, and channel-performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations focused on B2B sales optimization and overall growth.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management is required.
  • Experience in retail, loyalty, or payments is preferred.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development, particularly B2B, is required.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage external clients are required.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is required; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic is required.
