- Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launch

- Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progress
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes
- Maintain documentation and communication regarding readiness status and action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related operational roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large scale projects is advantageous

Role Overview
