Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leisure sales, hospitality sales, or a supervisory/assistant manager role within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in driving revenue, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong alignment with the Andaz brand culture, creative, vibrant, and guest centric approach.
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to engage and manage leisure clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to balance sales responsibilities with operational support when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, CRM tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
