Responsibilities
- Guide and support colleagues in terms of Human Resources related concerns
- Provide continuous updates on headcount/percentage and other reports related to Emiratization to the Emiratization head and government entity
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues
- Support the Director, Human Resources & Training on performance management process and grievance handling
- Develop colleagues and ensure they meet training targets and objectives
- Organize and represent Emirati functions
- Support with required data and analysis for HR reporting
- Support payroll functions as and when required
- Ensure data integrity regarding HR systems and compliance with HR policies and procedures and labor law
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years plus experience in a similar field, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Thorough understanding of human resources processes and strategies
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

About the Job
- Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Emiratization (UAEN) to join Yas Plaza Hotels.
- Responsible for coordinating the Emiratization program at the property level alongside working closely with Manager, Human Resources for HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding and supporting colleagues in terms of Human Resources related concerns.
- Provides continuous updates on the headcount/percentage and other reports related to Emiratization to the Emiratization head and the government entity concerned.

About You

- Strong administrative Skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
